1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and c999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the c999 website at https://c999.ws and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, arcade products, and mobile payment facilities.

By accessing the c999 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the c999 platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the c999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. c999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of c999 is lawful in your location.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through c999 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of c999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended c999 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.

c999 may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, and address. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on c999, you must create a registered account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Should any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly. c999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

• Account registration is limited to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share your c999 account with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf.
• c999 will never contact you by any channel asking for your password. Any such request is fraudulent and must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all c999 accounts. Enabling 2FA is the User's responsibility.

c999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of c999.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the c999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. c999 does not currently accept credit cards, international bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your c999 wallet in real time, typically within 60 seconds of confirmation. c999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own charges, for which c999 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 45 minutes for verified accounts. Gold Tier verified accounts benefit from priority processing of under 20 minutes. c999 reserves the right to request further documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number used for the corresponding deposit, unless a formal account update has been approved by the c999 compliance team.
• Funds deposited using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be withheld pending investigation.
• c999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits or request additional verification at any time as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on c999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the c999 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General rules applicable across all c999 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. c999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, wrong team names, typographical errors, or system malfunctions — c999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective wallets.
• Live in-play betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports is subject to real-time odds adjustments. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that bet.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are available within each game's information panel.
• c999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time without prior notice.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, using automated betting software (bots), or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

c999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified account holders only. c999 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in all bonus funds being voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the c999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one c999 account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the c999 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of inside information when placing bets.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or the concealment of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c999 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or technical infrastructure of the c999 platform.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or these Terms.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the c999 platform — including but not limited to the c999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, odds data, game assets, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of c999 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the c999 platform without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the c999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service, including downtime during live betting events, caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside c999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

c999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used to facilitate fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to c999.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at c999's discretion, particularly where the balance is connected to prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the User's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method after applicable checks.

Users may request self-exclusion or voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the c999 support team via live chat or email. 11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

c999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c999 will notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the c999 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
